What to expect on your first visit

Your first appointment will include a medical history and podiatric examination. 

Please review your medical history and bring a list of your allergies and current medications. 

Policies and Procedures

We strive to keep appointments on schedule. 
Please provide us with 24-hour notice to cancel or call if you will be delayed for an appointment. 
Any emergencies will be cared for as soon as possible. 

Insurance and Payment for Services

We participate in most health insurance plans. 
Each insurance contract is between the subscriber and his or her insurance company. 
The patient is responsible for all deductibles, co-payments and non-covered services that are due at the time of service. 

Consultations and Second Opinions

Consultations and second opinions are available by appointment. 

Professional Staff

Our professional staff consists of dedicated, certified and trained podiatric medical assistants.
They assist our doctors in all areas of your foot and ankle care.
